1. 提前 2 天：向转出小区物业结清水电物业费，开具《业主/租户放行出门单》；向搬入小区物业预约搬家货车停车位与货梯使用权限。
2. 提前 1 天：完成所有衣物杂物打包封箱，冰箱提前断电化霜并擦干水分，大件家具提前腾空。
3. 搬家当天：货车到达后指引停靠距离电梯最近的装卸车位；装车前再次与领班师傅确认一口价合同无中途加价项。
4. 到达新居：协助师傅将各编号纸箱搬至对应房间，通电测试冰箱洗衣机，全部物品清点无误后签字付款并索要发票。
5. 2 days in advance: Settle utility and property management fees with the outgoing community's property office and obtain the 'Owner/Tenant Exit Pass'; book a moving truck parking space and freight elevator access with the incoming community's property office.
