说明：北京目前几乎全部医院取消了现场窗口放号（挂号窗口服务保留，但号源基本都在线上），除了急诊。所以「提前线上约」不是选项而是唯一路径。

三、抢号实战六步（以协和为例）
III. Six-Step Practical Guide to Snagging an Appointment (using PUMCH as an example)
- 提前装好 App 并实名：就诊前一天以上就把医院 App 下好，完成身份证实名、手机绑定。号源放出时再补资料必输。
- Install the app and complete real-name registration in advance: Download the hospital’s app at least a day before your appointment, complete ID real-name verification and phone linking. If you try to add information after appointment slots are released, it may fail.
- 倒推放号日：想看 10 月 30 日协和，10 月 23 日 15:00 放号（提前 7 天）。也就是放号当天下午 15:00 是你唯一要守住的时刻。
- Count back to the release date: If you want a Peking Union Medical College Hospital (Xiehe) appointment on October 30, slots open on October 23 at 15:00 (7 days in advance). In other words, 15:00 on the afternoon of the release day is the only moment you must hold onto.
- 14:55 就进页面：停在目标科室页面，14:58 开始反复下拉刷新，别等 15:00 整点才进。
- Enter the page at 14:55: Stay on the target department page, start refreshing by pulling down repeatedly at 14:58—don’t wait until exactly 15:00 to enter.
- 15:00 秒抢 + 立即支付：号源放出 5 分钟内不支付会被释放，预约成功要马上完成医事服务费支付，否则等于白抢。

- 特需 / 国际医疗门诊：号源比普通专家号充足得多，代价是挂号费高（特需一般 200-500 元档，国际部更高）；适合急症、异地首次就诊和愿意付费买时间的人。
- Special needs / international medicine clinic: Slot availability is much better than regular specialist appointments, but the registration fee is higher (special needs typically 200–500 RMB, international departments even more). Suitable for urgent cases, first-time visits from out of town, and those willing to pay for time savings.
- 互联网诊疗 / 复诊开药：协和等多家医院开通 App 在线复诊，复诊开药、看报告不用再到院排队，初诊一般不支持。
- Online consultation / prescription refill: Peking Union and several other hospitals offer online follow-up visits through their apps. Follow-up prescription refills and report reviews can be done without queuing at the hospital, though initial visits are generally not supported online.
- 急诊 24 小时开放：紧急情况（高热不退、剧烈疼痛、外伤）直接去急诊，按病情分级处理，不挂普通号。

外地医保参保人来京看病，不备案 = 全自费；办好异地就医备案，住院、普通门诊都能跨省直接结算，不用先垫钱再回老家报销。报多少按「就医地目录、参保地政策」执行，也就是能报什么项目看北京，报销比例看你的老家医保。
For patients with out-of-town medical insurance coming to Beijing, without filing = full self-pay. Once remote medical treatment registration is completed, both inpatient and general outpatient services can be settled cross-province directly, without paying upfront and claiming reimbursement back home. Reimbursement follows the “coverage determined by Beijing’s catalog, ratio determined by your home insurance policy” rule.
