Shenzhen Bay Park is one of the rare urban–bay–wetland continuous landscape parks in China, with over ten kilometers of coastal pathways open to the public free of charge. Cycling, running, sunset viewing, and bird watching are all covered in one visit. Best to head out in the late afternoon: cycle through Talent Park first, then visit the mangroves to watch migratory birds against the sunset.

1. 搭乘地铁 2 号线/11 号线至后海站，从 F2 或 F3 出口步行至深圳湾公园入口。
2. 从"海上世界文化艺术中心"入口进入，沿滨海骑行道向西北方向骑行，途径人才公园段约 3 公里。
3. 在人才公园海滨草坪驻足，此处正对深圳湾大桥与香港侧天际线，日落前 30 分钟到达机位最佳。
4. 继续骑行至红树林自然保护区栈道，全程约 15 公里单程，建议轻装出行并携带饮用水。
5. Take Metro Line 2/Line 11 to Houhai Station; exit via F2 or F3 and walk to the Shenzhen Bay Park entrance.
6. Enter from the Sea World Culture and Arts Centre and cycle northwest along the seaside cycling path, covering roughly 3 km through the Talent Park section.
7. Stop at the wind-down lawns in Talent Park, which face directly toward the Shenzhen Bay Bridge and the Hong Kong skyline; arrive about 30 minutes before sunset for the best vantage point.
8. Continue cycling to the Mangrove Nature Reserve boardwalk — the one-way distance is approximately 15 km, so travel light and bring drinking water.

Before departure, confirm two things: tide times and weather. You can search "Shenzhenwan Chaoci" on the Guangdong Government Service Website, or download the "iShenzhen" APP to check real-time water levels; when a blue or higher typhoon warning is issued, coastal trails close, please reschedule.

• 潮汐影响红树林栈道通行，退潮时泥滩暴露可步行至观鸟平台，涨潮时请沿高地步道绕行。
• 深圳夏季午后雷阵雨频繁，日落观景区如遇雷雨请立刻撤离至室内，不要停留在海边开阔地带。
• 红树林保护区内禁止投喂鸟类与进入核心湿地，请使用长焦镜头或望远镜远距离观察。
• 共享单车停放点集中在后海站与人才公园周边，归还前请确认停放在划线区域内以免产生调度费。
• Tidal conditions affect access to the Hongshulin boardwalk; during low tide when mudflats are exposed you may walk to the birdwatching platform, but during high tide please use the upland trail detour.
• Shenzhen sees frequent afternoon thunderstorms in summer; if you encounter a storm at sunset-viewing areas, move indoors immediately and do not linger in open coastal zones.
• Feeding birds and entering core wetlands are prohibited inside the Hongshulin Reserve; observe from a distance using a telephoto lens or binoculars.
