- ① 打开「随申办」小程序或「上海健康云」APP，完成实名认证并绑定医保电子凭证
- ② 选择目标医院及科室，查看当日/近日放号情况，热门科室建议设置放号提醒
- ③ 提交预约申请，确认就诊时间、科室及医生，支付挂号费（医保报销部分实时抵扣）
- ④ 预约成功后保存电子挂号单，就诊当日提前 15 分钟到达医院自助机或窗口取号
- ⑤ 持社保卡/医保电子凭证就诊，医保范围内费用当场结算，仅需缴纳自费部分
- ⑥ 如需退号，须在就诊前一日 24:00 前通过原预约渠道取消，否则计为爽约一次
- ① Open the Suishenban mini-program or Shanghai Health Cloud app, complete real-name authentication, and bind your medical insurance electronic voucher
- ② Select the target hospital and department, check same-day or upcoming appointment availability; for popular departments, set up appointment reminders
- ③ Submit the appointment application, confirm the visit time, department and doctor, and pay the registration fee (the medical insurance reimbursement portion is deducted in real time)
- ④ After the appointment is confirmed, save the electronic registration slip; arrive at the hospital self-service machine or counter 15 minutes early on the day of your visit to pick up your number
- ⑤ Bring your social security card or medical insurance electronic certificate; expenses within the medical insurance scope are settled on the spot—only the out-of-pocket portion needs to be paid
- ⑥ If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so through the original booking channel by 24:00 the day before your visit, otherwise it will count as a no-show
