先说结论：海淀能逛的是颐和园（清漪园）、圆明园、香山（静宜园）、国家植物园四大去处；玉泉山（静明园）不开放，畅春园为遗址公园。绝大多数都要提前预约+身份证入园，门票普遍二三十元，60岁以上老人免票。
Bottom line: the publicly visitable ones are Summer Palace (Qingyiyuan), Old Summer Palace (Yuanmingyuan), Fragrant Hills (Jingyiyuan) and the National Botanical Garden; Yuquan Hill is closed and Changchunyuan is a ruins park. 免票人群：60 岁以上老年人、1.2 米以下儿童、残疾人、现役军人等凭证免票（各园政策略有差异，以园方公告为准）。60岁以上老人刷身份证即可，无需抢票。
Free entry: seniors 60+, children under 1.2m, people with disabilities, active military etc. (slight differences per garden — follow each notice). Seniors just need their ID card; no ticket rush.
三、预约与入园的正确姿势
3. Booking & Entry the Right Way
- 用官方预约平台：颐和园等市属公园走"畅游公园"（官方平台：畅游公园 App/小程序/官网，提前 1-7 天预约，每晚 21 时放票）——旺季周末的票常被抢光，务必提前几天约。
- Use the official platform: for Summer Palace & other municipal gardens, book via Changyou Gongyuan (official app/mini-program/site, 1–7 days ahead, tickets released 9pm nightly) — peak weekends sell out, book days ahead.
- 实名预约+刷身份证：预约时填身份证号，入园刷身份证核验，别指望现场买票（旺季现场一般无票可售）。
- Real-name booking + ID entry: register your ID number; scan your card at the gate. Don't expect walk-up tickets in peak season.
- 圆明园/香山按各园公告走：流程类似，淡季与平日现场购票相对宽松，但红叶季香山必须提前约。
- Yuanmingyuan & Fragrant Hills follow their own notices: similar flow; off-peak walk-ups are easier, but Fragrant Hills during foliage season must be pre-booked.
- 孩子没身份证？用儿童身份信息预约，入园出示户口簿/预约码，具体以园方要求为准。
- Kids without ID cards? book with their ID info and bring the hukou book/QR code — per garden requirements.
防坑：不要买非官方的"快速通道/代预约"黄牛票；官方渠道外的预约都不可信。玉泉山及周边单位区域不对外开放，地图上看着近也进不去，别白跑。
Scam alert: avoid unofficial \\\"fast-pass\\\" resellers — only official channels count. Yuquan Hill and surrounding official areas are closed to the public; close on the map or not, you can't enter. Don't make the trip for nothing.
四、交通怎么到
4. Getting There
- 颐和园：地铁 4号线 北宫门站（北如意门）或西苑站（新建宫门/东宫门），步行几分钟入园。
- Summer Palace: Line 4 — Beigongmen (North Ruyi Gate) or Xiyuan (new/ east gates), a few minutes' walk.
- 圆明园：地铁 4号线 圆明园站 直达公园南门。
- Yuanmingyuan: Line 4, Yuanmingyuan station, straight to the South Gate.
- 香山/国家植物园：地铁 10号线 巴沟站 换乘 西郊线有轨电车，一路到香山站（途经国家植物园站）；红叶季人多排队，早点出门。
- Fragrant Hills / Botanical Garden: Line 10 to Bagou, transfer to the Xijiao tram — stops include the Botanical Garden, terminus Fragrant Hills. Foliage season queues are long; start early.
五、推荐一日游路线
5. Suggested One-Day Routes
- 经典皇家线（半天-1天）：上午颐和园（4号线北宫门进→佛香阁→长廊→十七孔桥→西苑站出），下午圆明园（出园地铁一站直达）看西洋楼遗址与荷花。两园相临，公交/地铁串联都顺。
- Classic imperial line (half–full day): morning Summer Palace (enter Line 4 Beigongmen → Tower of Buddhist Incense → Long Corridor → 17-Arch Bridge → exit at Xiyuan), afternoon Old Summer Palace (one metro stop) for the Western Mansions ruins & lotus. The gardens sit side by side — an easy joint trip.
- 红叶季线（10月中-11月中）：早上 7 点前到巴沟站抢第一批西郊线→香山看红叶→下山顺路逛国家植物园→晚间西郊线回城。红叶季错峰最关键。
- Foliage line (mid-Oct – mid-Nov): catch the first Xijiao tram from Bagou before 7am → Fragrant Hills red leaves → Botanical Garden on the way down → tram back. Peak-season timing is everything.
- 亲子轻松线：国家植物园（大草坪+温室植物多，推车友好）半天即可，门票便宜，儿童免票政策友好。
- Family line: the Botanical Garden's lawns & greenhouses are stroller-friendly and cheap — a half day is enough, with child-friendly exemptions.

- 颐和园西堤：比主游览线人少安静，春天桃花、秋天芦苇是本地人散步路线。
- Summer Palace West Causeway: quieter than the main loop; peach blossoms in spring, reeds in autumn — a favorite local walk.
- 圆明园西部荒野区：比东部遗址区人少，适合散步与野餐。
- Yuanmingyuan's wilder west: far fewer crowds than the eastern ruins — good for strolling and picnics.
