• 唯一官方渠道：微信小程序「故宫博物院」或官网（ticket.dpm.org.cn），实名预约。没有其他官方线上渠道。
• Only official channel: WeChat mini-program "故宫博物院" (Palace Museum) or the official website (ticket.dpm.org.cn) with real-name registration. There are no other official online channels.
• 现场不售票、不售当日票：所有门票（含免费票）都须提前在官方渠道实名预约，现场没有售票窗口。
• No tickets sold on-site or on the same day: All tickets (including free-entry passes) must be reserved in advance through the official channel—there is no ticket window at the venue.
